| Ice: Kulay is generally used in statements and questions. |
| Brandon: For example? |
| Ice: Kulay asul ang kalangitan. |
| Brandon: That's "The sky is the color blue". |
| Ice: That’s right. The next word is bagay. |
| Brandon: That's the Filipino adjective for expressing that two things or people are "suitable." |
| Ice: However, we must note that when you use it as a noun, bagay can also mean "a thing" or "an object." |
| Brandon: Let’s give some examples. First, let’s say "You two are suitable for each other". |
| Ice: Bagay kayo. |
| Brandon: Great! Now let’s try "They are not suitable for each other." |
| Ice: Hindi sila bagay. |
| Brandon: All right! Now let’s move on to our last word. |
| Ice: The last word is ayos. |
| Brandon: Which means "fine" or "all right." |
| Ice: Yes. It’s an adjective that expresses the state of feeling "fine" or "all right." |
